In this exhibition, Carol Conze, a freelance artist, explores the movement of sound in classical music. Just as the composer translates emotion through notes, so does “Symphony” transfer brushstrokes in a rhythmic arrangement of line, color and shape in order to channel light and energy across the canvas. The viewer’s eye is free to roam and move across the surface without limits or imposed realist references. The designs evolve to produce a composition through the interpretation of harmony, rhythm and tone.
